Shipping / Delivery time

You must make a choice in the shipping options in your order. Shipping costs are €5.95 (Belgium €7.35) and from €99 purchases FREE (per order). Classic Beauty & Fashion will follow your choice/instruction. Classic Beauty & Fashion is entirely dependent on PostNL for the delivery time. As a rule, orders placed before 4:00 PM will be delivered the next day. (no guarantee).  It is of course possible that PostNL is delayed for whatever reason, Classic Beauty & Fashion has no influence on this.

Exchange

Exchanges can always be made within 14 days of receipt. If items are exchanged, we will treat this as a new order. We will send you a link by email to generate a PostNL return label, please contact us. Before you can download the return label, we kindly ask you to make your own contribution of € 6.75 (Belgium € 9.00). Goods can be exchanged if the goods have been returned to us in accordance with Article 7 mentioned in the General Terms and Conditions, i.e. neatly unworn/unused, unwashed without odors of perfume or the like and, if possible, in the original packaging with the original tags. For the new shipment we will also charge €5.95 (Belgium €7.35) shipping costs if the purchase is less than €99, otherwise FREE incase of the Netherlands of Belgium.

Money back guarantee (Returns)

Not good, money back guarantee. We don't make it difficult if you don't like the product, you can return it, just contact us. We will send you a link by email to generate a PostNL return label. Before you can download the return label, we kindly ask you to make your own contribution of € 6.75 (Belgium € 9.00). Products can be returned if they are neatly unworn/unused, unwashed and, if possible, in the original packaging with the original tags, in accordance with Article 7 mentioned in the General Terms and Conditions. For returns, we will immediately refund the amount including shipping costs to you upon receipt.

Complaints

Items and/or packaging with errors, defects and/or damage

Classic Beauty & Fashion will always make every effort to keep complaints to a minimum. However, it may happen that there are complaints. Classic Beauty & Fashion will check the products for errors, defects and/or damage before they are shipped. It is possible that products do become damaged, for example during postal shipment. We also ask you to first check the package for such damage before opening it and, if any damage is found, to photograph it before opening the package and to contact Classic Beauty & Fashion within 3 days of receipt as we must do this. report to PostNL. If the products have been damaged by postal shipment, you can return them free of charge, we will send the new product after receipt. If the product is no longer available, we will immediately refund the entire amount including any shipping costs upon receipt of the return.

If the product comes from undamaged packaging and still appears to have defects, we ask you to report this to Classic Beauty & Fashion within 3 days of receipt. Call +31 6-10347054, send a Whatsapp or use the contact form on our website. If possible, we would like to receive clear photos of the defects at info@classicbeautyandfashion.com or Whatsapp. If defects in the product appear to be justified, you can return and exchange it free of charge. We will send the new product free of charge after receipt of the return. If the product is no longer available, we will immediately refund the entire amount including shipping costs after receipt of the return.

In any case, we will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it requires more time, we will inform you of this. If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of the Webshop Keurmerk Foundation, of which we are affiliated. They will then mediate https://www.keurmerk.info/nl/consumenten/klacht/ From February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at (http://ec.europa.eu/odr.) If the complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file the complaint via the European Union platform.

Refund

Classic Beauty & Fashion uses the same payment method that the consumer used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.
